All shipping within Melbourne should be completed within 3-5 days after the order is placed. Orders placed outside of Melbourne will be handled by couriers.

Calosky accepts cash on delivery for all orders placed within Melbourne. Online payments include direct debit and bank transfer.

Returns are accepted. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange if 3 days or more have passed since your purchase.

When we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and notify you via email, within a reasonable time frame, whether you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a return, we will refund your purchase price and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Items on sale are non-refundable.
